2024 - 21 Days Prayer & Fasting

I'm so excited you are taking this step to begin your year fasting and putting God first in your life. HERE ARE 5 OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:


(1) FULL FAST - Drink only liquids (you establish the number of days).


(2) DANIEL FAST - Eat no meat, no sweets, and no bread. Drink water and juice. Eat fruits and vegetables.


(3) THREE DAY FAST - This fast can be a Full Fast, a Daniel Fast, or giving up at least one item of food.


(4) PARTIAL FAST - A partial fast is 6:00am-3:00pm, or from sunup to sundown. You can select from three types of fasting—a Full Fast, Daniel Fast or giving up at least one item of food.


(5) MEDIA FAST Eliminate any choice of media influence–television, movies, Internet, gaming systems, cell phones, etc.


We have also included a simple guide for a 21-day Daniel Fast. It is no meat, bread, or fruits and vegetables, and nothing but water or juice. But this fast is more, But this fast is about so much more than what you choose to eat or not eat. You are fasting for spiritual gain, not a physical loss! Allow your fast to be guided by your heart and not your gut. The fast you choose is between you and God (and your medical professional if you have a health concern that needs to be addressed).


The key to a successful fast is deciding what you will do, why you are doing it, writing out your plan, and putting it in front of you. That’s why we’ve prepared this simple guide; to help you make easy choices and keep you focused on the purpose of the fast instead of the food.


Whatever type of fast you choose, God will honor your sacrifice. And I can tell you from experience, He will do amazing things in your life!
